Ordering

Here is some information on our ordering process.

Order Processing Time:

  • 6 – 8 working days

Jump the queue

If you require your order in 3 – 4 working days you can avail of our jump the queue option (subject to availability)

  • Jump the queue incurs and additional cost of 20% on top of the overall order cost

Payment:

  • All order require a 50% deposit
  • Remaining 50% due on dispatch from Island Clothing warehouses

Order Process:

  1. Order placed with Island Clothing Representative
  2. Deposit Paid
  3. Artwork submitted
  4. Approve mockups
  5. Outstanding amounts paid
  6. Order dispatched from our warehouse
